The Chamber and You

Your Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary, pro-business organization made up of businesses, organizations, industries, professionals and individuals working together to build a healthy economy and to improve the quality of life in the Gulf County area.

As your Chamber works to accomplish these goals, it wears many hats, Economic Developer, Tourist Information Center, Business Spokesperson, Economic Booster, Government Relations Specialist, Human Resources Advisor and Public Relations Practitioner.

The Chamber promotes the community as a whole, which encourages people to conduct their business in our area.  The Chamber also promotes its individual business members.  When your Business looks good so does the Chamber.

If you live, work, or do business in our area, then the economic viability and livability of this area must be of concern to you, because if these decline, then business declines.  Therefore, it is essential for the business community to be a part of the decision-making processes that will impact on our area.

By banding together to undertake aggressive action programs that are in the best interest of the total area, businesses and the area both prosper.  This is the purpose of The Chamber of Commerce…BUT…It Takes Two – The Chamber and You!
